It can't be the employer. It's the voter! I've been a poll worker in 2 elections so I know this is accurate. The person that assists the voter has to sign on one of the pages in the log.We had only one person (general election) that needed assistance and that was due to language, not an actual disability. Her husband helped her.
We can take the ballot out to the car of someone that is disabled but they are voting for themselves in that case.
