What are the benefits of humanitarian intervention?

We Answered:

There are no benefits for the ordinary man in the street. The benefit comes to those leaders who push the the cause of humanitarian aid.. At some point aid ceases to be aid and becomes normal and populations helped by aid become dependant on it.. there is a very fine line between aid and dependency.
