it's has good content. i like how you threw in humor in it because most of the kids that are voting will only remember you if they thought you were funny. depending on how you execute it, (tone of voice, speed, etc) i tihnk you will have a solid speech.

one of my teachers that made a speech for the whole school also used a small excerpt from a children's book and it was so funny that people talked about it all year

Remove the four letter word. Indent the paragraphs. Remove the part about making them miss class. They want to vote for a person who helps your class succeeed not cut. Surely, when you deliver this speech don't have your pants sagging and remove your earings and cover the tattoos. You should be commended for being active in the election process. One last thing. Get yourself a nice looking lady to stand next to you if you can. Voters are influenced by the ladies. Run a CLEAN campaign. Point out what makes you the best choice and not what makes the others worse. Whatever you do, DO NOT be like Hillary Clinton or Mr. Obama. Tell the truth, fulfill your promises and deliver to your voters. (You asked for help, I give it) GOOD LUCK!

Just remember its also about tone and inflection; say it like u mean it
