I think the general election will be called for May 6, when the local elections take place. Brown will want to wait until the very last moment, in the belief that further scrutiny of the Tories will improve the standing of the Labour Party. In recent weeks, the polls have been tightening and I expect Brown will win reelection, but with a much reduced majority. If parties like UKIP or BNP win any seats, it won't be more than 2, although I don't think they will win any.Shelly Said:
