I don't think the media is "ignoring this, per se. But, while there are of course the occasional sleazy Democrats (normal for any political party)--how would it sound if the press headlined EVERY one of the Republicans who are getting caught engaging in unethical, deviant, and dowright criminal acts?

Because you're right--this is NOT normal. And its not a "witch-hunt"--all these people are getting caught red-handed or admitting their guilt. Foley, Haggerty, Vitter, Libbey, Wolfowitz, etc.--I can't even keep track of the ones just on the national level.

Something is very sick inside the GOP--and it goes way beyond the normal political BS. This is getting downright creepy!

Yes it does concern me; however, I am glad this came out before election day so now everyone can make sure they double check. They also need to make sure that the folks at the polling locations tell each person to double check their votes for accuracy.
