Recounts, lazy employees, etc. The reasons are endless. One of the reasons it is NOT is a conspiracy theory, which Ron Paul supports seem to favor in everything.

You know if it were just once or twice they questioned the legitimacy of Ron Pauls strong Straw Poll showings, that would be one thing, but EVERY time, c;mon gimme a break will ya.
