I have compared the listing of previous governorships of both Virginia and New Jersey, and you will be surprised to know, that for a majority of the time, the party controlling the White House DID NOT control the governorships of the aforementioned states.
Over the past 32 years, the party controlling the White House did not control the Virginia's governorship for 29 of these years.
Over the past 20 years, the party controlling the White House did NOT control the New Jersey governorship for 17 years.
So, to, blindly accuse Obama of a lack of leadership, should these states fall into the Republican column on this coming Tuesday, is a baseless piece of criticism.
