We have at least two political parties for a reason, if they were on the exact same page it would be as if there was only one political party which would be a fascist government.
Obama already has the ability to get much passed through the house, if we made it any easier, he'd be able to Create a totalitarian fascism in his first year.
Also those polls are bias so I wouldn't count on them being too accurate since the places where they gather polls are known to support their opinion.
Keep not questioning Obama and we'll see how many rights the American citizen has at the end of these four years.
