Have you read the articles about Clinton supporters planning to vote for McCain? Some have even made a blog to slander Obama and get support for McCain. Many are irate that Clinton has lost the nomination (not all Clinton supporters feel like this) and they want McCain as their next president. Not to mention McCain has publicly said he wants to court the Clinton supporters, without them Obama has no chance of winning. This is a sort of Machiavellian strategy McCain has.
