** WOW ** - Did GOP Republican candidate say 9/11 attacks were a hoax!?We Answered:
Man, that's enlightening. Who do you suppose it was covered by the networks or major wire services?Mary Said:
Which of the three top Republican candidates is able to draw Dem votes? We Answered:
Rudy 9/11 GiullianiMildred Said:
Which of the current GOP candidates are ones you would call a 'true conservative'?We Answered:
None,Rudy Giuliani- opportunist, one trick pony who does not have a conservative bone in his body; has demonstrated he would put money before country.
Ron Paul- more libertarian than Conservative republican
Tom Tancredo- another one trick pony who is somewhat conservative but not a true one
John McCain- former maverick trying to masquerade as a conservative. they aren't buying it and his fund raising numbers show it.
Mitt Romney- trying to morph, also a fake. When he was governor behaved like a centrist such as woman's right to choose, gun control etc. Now that he wants to run for President, lifelong hunter, prolife.
Sam Brownback- so far right that a woman could not even terminate a pregnancy even if it was as a result of a rape. but is a true believer in free trade, voted yes every time
Jim Gilmore- believes in abortion up to 12 weeks.
Mike Huckabee-supports free trade
Duncan Hunter-believes in free trade and believes in giving corporations tax breaks even if they keep profits overseas; voted no to providing grants to black and hispanic colleges.
Fred Thompson- lobbyist actor masquerading as a conservative. lobbied to benefit pharmaceutical companies- nuff said.
Louis Said:
Is it fair for fed. departments to give $grants to states/districts to help GOP candidates win elections? We Answered:
YES for republicans, anything, no matter what, if it helps them win is fair, for normal Americans, NOErin Said:
Will the Republican candidates for President actually end up attacking George Bush?We Answered:
Well, you asked this before the debate, and I'm answering after, so I already know! Yes, they will and they did! They tore him a new one!And they call us the "flip-floppers"?????
And, while it is customary to distance oneself from the current administration when one runs for president (even if that administration is of your own party), the debaters seemed particularly vehement tonight! I think this is a reflection of just how badly the Bush regime has handled the war, foreign policy, and immigration concerns.
