Ask yourself, what percent Democrat am I? What percent Republican am I? Most humans are not 100% any political party, (in fact they are often insufferable to be around at election time lol). Go online and find out what the core beliefs are.I am a registered Democrat because 90% of the time I agree with party line.
I have, however, split my ticket if the candidate or issue at hand espoused by the party is simply against my conscience. I have only voted for one Republican in my life, and by the way my old hometown went to the dawgs (flint) when the Democrat for that position (DA) won, I feel confident in my abilities to assess candidate's potential.
In the end, I am a Patriotic American who will support what my fellow Americans decide in a fairly debated arena to the best of my ability. Do research, extensive research, to see where you actually stand and with whom. Don't let anyone tell you who you are a citizen and a Patriot of our Great Nation.
