Generally speaking, liberal arts colleges don't have majors. Just a Bachelor's degree in "liberal arts." So, in a traditional liberal arts education, you'd have to do a M.F.A in Photography to become a Photographer. But, some modern liberal arts colleges have added majors (some are even universities now, they've expanded so much... see Tufts as an example).Stephen Said:

These were the introductory subjects in Medieval universities.The first three were called the Trivium and were (Latin) Grammar, Rhetoric and Logic.
The next four were called the Quadrivium and were arithmetic, geometry, music theory, and astronomy.
