Marvin Said:

discuss the impact of economic liberalization on economic growth in developing countries?

We Answered:

For big and resource rich countries, it will generally raise the living standard by increasing the quantity of goods and reducing prices. But there are some arguments. Liberalization creates inequality, pollution, instability. Developing countries have to fight with multinational companies, speculators, and hot money. They don't have enough facilities to do so. In many cases, it leads to crisis.

Explain these Economic growth rate riddle in india's diffrent states?

We Answered:

thanx for shareing the information well but the solution is uneven devolopment across the country you find the state of maharastra so rich while rajastan and bihar so poor. I think the government must focus on even devolpment and the state governments also cooperate with them . While all major Industries are located in Maharastra , gujrat and perhaps West Bengal ..they must also focus on other states as orrisa , bihar hen every thing will be equal . :)

Eric Said:

Can anyone explain me a little bit of Hindu nationalism and popular democracy?

We Answered:

Your question is unclear possibly because the book itself is confusing.

There is no concept of Hindu nationalism in the sense like Nazism.
Basically the country called India , Pakistan,Afghanistan,Bangladesh were identified as Bharatvarsh during ancient times (about 1000 years back) the pre-dominant religion was Hinduism which co-existed peacefully with Buddhism,Jainism, Zoroastrians,Jews.

This geographic region was also economically the most prosperous and culturally extremely advanced, they boasted of some of the greatest universities in world at that time.

It was not under any central rule except during times of the Maurya dynasty, there were many kings and wars but the civilian life remained unaffected by those.

Certain parts of this culture existed in the middle east including the Kabbah which was originally a temple with many Hindu deities.

The major shock this region received was after the invasion of rulers from middle east belonging to the faith of Islam, this invasion not only changed the rulers but ripped apart the civilians and the entire social fabric of this region.

The later invasion was from predominantly Christian nations, where about 150 years was covered by the British empire. This dealt another devastating blow to many aspects of the Indian society and its industry which many historians claim was deliberately destroyed for financial gains.

After the independence from the British rule in 1947, the leaders from India knowingly or unknowingly followed the same British policies of divide and rule and started appeasement of minorities (in this case Muslims) under the garb of social justice. Some policies also lead to a huge rift within the Hindu society whose original varna system was distorted into a badly disfigured caste system which has nothing to do with the real Hinduism practised in ancient India.

This finally lead to frustration and anger and some political outfits using it as a tool to gain more votes. As the movement becomes more mature its understanding of Hinduism and the concept of democracy followed in ancient India seems to be getting better.

Thats a brief narration of how things stand today, what happens in future we will see.

Political parties that claim to support cause of Hinduism : Bharatiya Janata Party, Shiv Sena.
Non-political outfits : Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad
Other parties claiming secular credentials : Congress, Communist parties of India
Other religion based parties : Muslim League, Akali Dal
