i think that he is a curious 6 year old and he is not only testing the waters of what is and is not appropriate but also what is around him...at 6 most kids are still not clear on the whole what is right and wrong and what is appropriate...now to punish him would not be right because this would be a good opportunity for a lesson where you can ask why he did it and how maybe its not a good idea to run around in that manner because it makes people uncomfortable...the great thing about kids is that they listen and observe everything...anatomy of the body is something that is catching his attention now..and maybe talking to him and letting him understand parts of the body in a way a 6 year old would understand would benefit the situation....pry into his curiousity and see what you get..its really amazing what kids know and want to know...
