This isn't 1864, when limited, manageable numbers of LEGAL immigrants were arriving. What we have today is a chaos of under-educated Mexicans arriving in droves, putting tremendous strain on our social safety net and educational system, and draining our coffers.

Consider the U.S. like an NFL team that has a first round draft pick. Now, what should we do? Should we pick the talented quarterback who can lead our team to victory (e.g. the German mathemetician, the French inventor, the Swedish biologist, or the Lithuanian chemist? No, we just throw up our hands and say, "Anyone will do. In face, we can play with an entire team of Paco the water boy."

There are more Republicans mad at Bush and the GOP then are mad at Hillary. Eight years ago the GOP could scare us with the threat of Hillary in office, but now after eight years of Bush what scares Republicans more is a fake conservative leading the party and sitting in the Oval Office.
