Politically Pondering: Who would be better dealing with extraterrestrial visitors, Conservatives or Liberals?

We Answered:

When it all boils down, we all are the human race, and the human race is too idiotic for something like this. Regardless of political views, we'd probably all shoot missiles at it .

Aren't Liberals and Conservatives both guilty of Empowering the Government to Tyranny?

We Answered:

Yes it is the exact same in the UK. Both political parties have played their part on the road to tyranny. I think this is proof that it is the same people behind the scenes and we are getting closer to an evil one world government.

Heidi Said:

How do Liberals, Conservatives, and Marxists view income inequality?

We Answered:

I'd say that liberals & conservatives both defend the idea of individuals being able to acquire and maintain huge amounts of wealth while Marxists, being more revolutionary in theory, support the redistribution of wealth and property from those who do not seem to have earned their wealth fairly. Liberals tend more towards marxist socialism with welfare projects for the poor (in theory), but higher taxation usually falls short of complete redistribution of wealth.

If you're asking why income inequality exists according to these theories... conservatives would say that people are poor because they haven't worked hard enough, liberals would say they are poor because of a lack of opportunity combined with regressive taxation, and marxists would probably argue that historical accumulations of wealth (and the related power) allow those with great wealth to continue leveraging that wealth in exploitative ways over others (a situation that can exist for generations without the revolutionary redistribution of wealth).
