Political Bumper Stickers Liberal

Aaron Said:

Do you think Political bumper sticker production goes down?

We Answered:

Huh?

I don't see too many bumper stickers at all any more.

Maybe a few of them magnetic "Support Your Troops" or pink breast cancer ribbons (which really only support magnetic sign makers by the way) on cars.

Just don't see a lot of bumper sticker slapping now a days. So I'd have to say bumper sticker production is way down, but not for any political reasoning.

Erika Said:

Does liberal "compassion" apply only to slogans and bumper stickers?

We Answered:

Isn't it amazing that they have fooled so many into thinking taking from the rich and sending a government check to a poor household (assuming they own a home, of course) is compassionate?

Conservatives actually donate their own money, as well as time, at a much higher clip, yet liberals seem to have fooled people into thinking they're morally superior.

Debbie Said:

Why doesn't Liberal "Compassion" extend beyond slogans and bumper stickers?

We Answered:

This is a lot of BS.

Since when you they ask you your Political affiliation when you give blood or donate to charity.

You're also conveniently forgetting about all the Independents.

Nice try.

Do you think that everyone that likes the name Reagan?

We Answered:

I completely agree with you. It seems like its a trend and I don't think the people using these names are smart enough to make that connection. I hate all of the trendy names like Kennedy, Reagan, Bentley, Channel, McKinley, and so on.

Philip Said:

Do you think political bumper stickers affect police tickets vs. police warnings?

We Answered:

It is extremely unlikely that political bumper stickers will affect you in either direction. I'd say it's probably one in a thousand. Even at that I'd have to say that the net effect would be zero; the jerks that are willing to cite you because of an Obama sticker are probably about as numerous as the jerks who would cite you for a McCain sticker.

You'd be surprised, I bet, to hear that the political population of police departments is roughly equivalent to the political population of the general public. Most people just think of police officers as naturally conservative; keep in mind, however, that they are also by definition government employees and largely unionized.

Edit: 'Racial Profiling' has some small basis in statistical reality. After all there is an absolute bias in the racial makeup of the poor vs. the rich and the 'prison population' vs. the general population. (Please note that I am not validating it as probable cause for police contact - I'm only distinguishing it from political bias.) I'm not aware of any study, however, that suggests that one political party or another has a greater representation within the criminal community, or that political activism (especially involving major parties and/or candidates) is a good indicator of criminal behavior.

Retribution at work for F obama bumper ?

We Answered:

I disagree with you, but I agree with your first amendment rights. I just wish I could end racism all together, but in the meantime I support your right to free speech. Keep your bumper stickers on there.
