Since when had this issue been brought up in the Commons. Stephen Harper mumbled about it during his campaign but right now it would be political useless and probably dangerous to reopen it. I think that it will remain closed and the Supreme Court will have the final say in the matter.

It is encouraging that you recognize Beck and Hannity for what they are. The truth is, Fox News would be a far better and more informative news source if they got rid of those two; as most of the others, while clearly to the right in both economics and politics, are sane about it. Those two are just nutz in every sense of the word.


Overall, you appear to be Libertarian in your social issues stances. Your stances seem to suggest one who believes in letting others do as they see fit as long as no one is hurt in the process, and as long as you are allowed to do the same.

So while it would be helpful to get more information on your beliefs, I would suggest looking into the Libertarian and Democrat Party platforms. You are most likely one of those two, based on things you have said already.

They just prefer to whine about the injustice of different things. They both ignore the parts of the Constitution they don't feel like supporting. They always whine about how people are taking away their rights, and they both blindly support their chosen golden boy or golden girl politician until they find out that getting everything they wanted screws up the country. And then they blame the other side for making it not work. You sound like you are moderate, which are the vast majority of people. They just don't get much press because they are not as entertaining on the news as attention whore morons like Ann Coulter, Rosie O'Donell, etc., etc.
