Why Vote Liberal

Joshua Said:

Why do liberals vote for presidents based on who the liberal media tells them to vote?

We Answered:

Because they can never think for themselves

Marilyn Said:

Why do minorities vote the same liberal democrats into office who never change anything?

We Answered:

The poor minorities have been brainwashed for so many years by the Democrats that they are afraid to change. It's like the definition of insanity. You keep doing the same thing over and over expecting the results to change.

It's really kind of sad.

Daryl Said:

Why do the majority of Australians vote Labor and Liberal when they don't like immigrants and ethnics?

We Answered:

You've lived in Mittagong too long my old Mate ! Australia is a nation of migrants or the progeny thereof...
Your assumption that most of us don't like immigrants couldn't be further from the truth...
Personally I think migrants help with hybrid vigour in our gene pool which is more preferable than inbreeding ...

Francisco Said:

Why did the liberal congress vote against being apart of Obamacare?

We Answered:

Some actually listened to the voters since they were afraid of getting kicked out of office.

Scott Said:

Why did the different Australian states vote the way they did?

We Answered:

WA in particular went for the Liberals and O'Connor went for the National because of the campaign that the mining companies waged against the mining tax before the election. They depend almost entirely for their income in that state on mining. So when the election came along they went with the party least likely to levy a mining tax. In O'Connor, I think that that candidate who won, Tony Crook, waged a campaign heavily laced with anti - mining tax advertising. The former member - Wilson Tuckey - reckoned a lot of it was lies. It must have been a dirty campaign as both of them are from the coalition.

QLD also went for the coalition for a combination of reasons. The mining tax affected those who were working in the coal mines up around Gladstone and up around Mt Isa they stuck with Bob Katter. However, there were alot of Queenslanders who were browned off about Kevin Rudd being given the chop by the Hollow Men from Sussex Street and they either voted Green or coalition. This also happened in Northern New South Wales with a lot of people going for independents and getting the highest Green vote per booth in Australia for the local candidate Joe Ebono.

SA, VIC and TAS were either home states for Julia Gillard and therefore stayed loyal to her or were happy with there state governments and therefore had no reason to move away from Labor. These were the states that returned the Labor government. They also have the least mining and therefore the mining tax didn't impact on their voting decision.

NSW most of us are fed up to the back teeth with the Labor government and musical Premiers. They waste money like it was going out of fashion. They promise things as though they were governing in Fairy Land. This was one reason why the Labor vote in New South Wales went south. However, a lot of the NSW members were still returned.

As for each seat in Western Australia, you would have to ask someone over there. That is all I can say about it from here in the east. I'd say think mining tax largely though.

Cheers!!!
