I am a fan of Ron Paul, he isn't perfect, and is a bit extreme on some issues, but when it comes to fiscal responsibility he is one of the few (about 5 come to mind) members of the House of Representatives who actually practices what he preaches. He also is generally very strong on favoring individual rights and liberties. I did vote for him in 2008 primaries, even though by the time my State's primary came around, he had formally dropped out.

Lets see where to begin. Hmm... how about the pit hole the bush administration put us in... hmm... de regulating wall street. Leading to big crash... and you know stuff like that. High unemployment yes yes...

Then Obama takes over... he reviews the US's track record. And he's all like.. well unless you want about 40million americans out of jobs... (rememebr thats 40 million people that spend less of luxuries and gas and stuff like that which puts more businesses out - which in turn lays off even more workers)
Oh oops guys... because of Mr. Bush's genuis we can either go into a wheel of d00m. or we can spend a bunch of money and temporarily get out of our pit hole.
