Abortion, while appearing to concern the rights of women, actually seems to have more to do with the rights of the unborn child from a conservative perspective. I think the question is, does ANYONE have the right to [decide to] terminate a life after conception, but before "birth" occurs?

I'm sure you already know that. But I do see what you're getting at. It's just doesn't make much sense to me to attempt to use abortion as a means of leverage for Women's Rights. Sure, it's a hot topic, but it's not JUST about women.
