They didn't want Chaney at the Convention to begin with because he is poison to the Republican Party. Bush's approval rating is 29% and Chaney's is worse. He will accomplish nothing on his trip overseas. It just an excuse for him not to be at the Convention. I guarantee that they will also come up with an excuse for Bush not to attend either.

Tea partiers are just disgruntled racist Republicans who got burned by Bush and their kind in the Wall Street collapse but can't seem to bring themselves to back a black president. It's utterly sad in this day and age. I noticed on the side of the tea party express bus it has the words "Restore Liberty" Can someone tell me what liberties were lost when Obama was sworn in? Some of their posters don't make any sense and Michelle Bachmann is missing a few tools from her shed..

I think in the next election a Democrat will get in because everyone is over the lies, war, and over spending. If anyone remembers, when Clinton was in office gas was at .77 cents per gallon - today its 2.73 a gallon at the cheap gas station. Bush has not done anything to help this country and has only driven up the debt and broken ties with other countries by going to war, based on lies.

Wow--Michelle Bachmann needs a padded cell, last week she was calling for the overthrow of the Govt...a treasonous act. She is a looney tune. SgtK, I thank all Armed forces personnel for their service to OUR country, Iraq like Vietnam was the WRONG call, I blame our flawed leadership for this decision. My FREEDOM to post my opinion without repercussion is what is also great about OUR country. I'm concerned about the amount of hysteria in the republican party which translates into paranoia and if one disagrees with the current administrations ideology, one is deemed as Un-American or a traitor. You do agree with my assessment about hysteria in the republican party don't you? Sorry to drift from the question at hand.
