In the last election 84% of voters in SF voted for Obama while 13.6% voted for McCain and 2.4% went with everybody else. Obama actually did slightly better than Kerry did in '04... He got 83% of the vote, while 15.2% of voters in SF voted for Bush and 1.8% for other candidates. And in 2000 Gore won 75.5% of the vote, Bush got 16.1% and Nader got 7.8%

A lot of these voters are probably listed as political independents--so the county's registration numbers probably look somewhat different-- but in an election you can expect left left leaning candidates will trounce right leaning ones by a ratio of five to one or more.

I looked this up most of the morning. Just about 60% of the people that that have voted are Democrat. It does not matter much.

This just shows how much more enthusiastic Obama supporters are.

Remember when the Primary in Texas went to Hillary, but the caucus went overwhelmingly for Obama?

It is a lot harder to caucus than vote. Obama people could not wait to vote. It does not mean that Grandma and Grandpa will not make it to the polls Tuesday.

Here in Kansas, I was told be the Lt. Governor that it was about 50% Rep, 25% Dem, 25% Ind.

If you look at the figures released by each state, state by state, then add them up the Registered Democrats out number the Registered Republicans by about 1.4 to 1.
