No need to read something you know you will oppose...that is basically what they said last week.

First they admitted that there would be NO Republican support for any bill in any form....then a few days later they complain that they have not had time to read the bill they have decided to oppose before they even read it.

It fits their game plan to come into debate with no clue what is in the bill...this way they can slow things down by playing dumb, only in this case as with most involving conservatives, they are not playing.
