Republican Issues Vs Democrat Issues

Shirley Said:

How can we eliminate the Democrats vs Republicans issues?

We Answered:

right! i also, am independent, and change because i get tired of the finger pointing and labeling these people put on each other! left wing, right wing, conservative, liberal!!! who the hell cares!! get a person to just get the damna job done!! fixing social security, taking care of the elderly and homeless, and fixzing the infrastructure in america are REAL ISSUES! politicians spend all their time on these MEET THE PRESS SHOWs blaming the other party for the problems this nation has! this current system is broken and needs fixing! how? by re-writing some of the constitution! the vacation times of these LAZY POLITICIANS, for one thing, should be cut down! they spend more time on vacations paid for by taxpayers then they do in office!!! personally, i think the labels of democrat, republican, and the otherr labels they use is stupid! i believe in getting the right person for the right job!

Frederick Said:

does anyone really care about the issues, or is it just republican vs. democrat?

We Answered:

I completely agree with you. It seems most are more determined to pick apart the other candidate that the pertinent information is becoming few and far between. I like to hear news about both candidates- factual news regarding their views and proposals. However, the personal digs, verbal faux pas, and lie mongering has gotten old.

Rebecca Said:

What are the major issues for you this election?

We Answered:

Economics: the housing/lending crisis, the bail-outs, and bank stability

Health care: If this continues to get worse, we will become vulnerable in ways we never imagined.

Education: If we continue to lose any edge we might have left in education, we will lose in the world market of ideas.

Our infrastructure: Bridges, roads, transportation systems, hospitals . . .

Our Constitutional rights and protections
