Republican Party 2008

Emily Said:

How many people are ready to vote against the Republican Party ways again in 2008 Senate selections.?

We Answered:

I've been a Republican for half a century. I'm not going to vote for any Republican until they rid the party of the neocon vermin that has usurped it.

Thomas Said:

Using only one work how would you describe the Republican party in 2008?

We Answered:

Lost.

Tim Said:

What are your thoughts on the Republican Party (1854-2008)?

We Answered:

My thought is that they have changed a lot, A LOT during that period of time.

Ted Said:

Why did the Republican Party lose the 2008 Presidential Election?

We Answered:

Because the Republican conservative base is no longer big enough to carry a a general election.

George Said:

What role did neoconservatism play with 200,000 Pennsylvania voters leaving the Republican party in 2008?

We Answered:

Not a lot. CG. I lived in PA back then. This was mostly economic and maybe a little Iraq disenchantment. But mostly economic. Things got much worse in PA AFTER the Bush tax cut.

Miguel Said:

Who do you see coming out of the Republican party in 2008 for the presidential race?

We Answered:

Who do I see coming out?

Let's see.... Jeff Gannon? Mark Foley?

RUSH LIMBAUGH?

Bruce Said:

Who do you consider the best hope for the Republican Party in 2008?

We Answered:

The best hope for the GOP would to run someone who isn't afraid of change, compromise, and reality-checks.

Someone whom is in touch with the common American tax-payer instead of someone who has his nose shoved up the butts of the rich and wealthy for the last 8 years.

Someone who doesn't go off half-****** and ready to pick a fight with just *anyone*--because they so happen to see a threat that no longer exists.

Or someone who knows how to budget things properly; instead of blowing trillions on wasted tax cuts and stupid wars that only fill the coffer's of the defense contractors at the expense of our soldiers' lives and that of the American taxpayer.

Someone who is willing to work with the international community instead of against it every step of the way.

Someone whom respects the rights and freedoms of all Americans--regardless of sexual orientation, gender, race, and creed.

And the list goes on.

So far, I haven't seen anyone that fits that bill.

What I've seen are GOP candidates whom are more than willing (and eager) to carry on the failed Bush legacy.

The question is: "Why?"
