Actually, America is sick of both parties. Republicans are the only ones thinking of any ideas to solve the problems...a lot of those ideas aren't that great, and the Democrats are just complaining about the republicans.

We're not dead yet. We unfortunately have a substantial number of reactionaries in this country who are being fed propaganda on a daily basis by Talk Radio and Fox News. The nonsense that they hear has warped their minds and they have taken anti-progressive stands that are truly ridiculous.

Not every American however is so backwards. We are in general sensible people and we do pay attention to what is going on around the world. The conservative influences are trying to hold us back but we keep moving forward, albeit somewhat slowly. As we expose more of the conservative propaganda and idiocy for what it is we will make progress. I believe that we will overcome the reactionary influences, incorporate lessons learned from other countries' successes and failures and attain higher levels of achievement.
