As a libertarian, the constitution party is too religious for me. If you want someone who has a rigid interpretation of the Constitution, then the libertarians are the way to go.

Their stances on pornography and gambling bother me. It's not the government's business if some dumb bastard spends all his money at a Casino, or a stripper club for that matter. For a party that claims to be for the Constitution, they are reaching for things that aren't there, which is a problem for me.

We Answered:

Didn't know for sure if there was a party like this till now. But they follow basically the same principals I believe in and although they say it was founded on biblical principals (it was) aren't these principals in almost every religion? Thou shalt not kill, steal, etc. As far as the marriage thing, that really doesn't matter to me. In my religion I do not support gays but at the same time I will not force my ideals on another (although I will not associate with gay people). Marriage is a religious institution getting married by the governments standards is completely different to me. Although the whole having children thing is a different issue that I don't support. I am also a firm believer in abortion being murder no exceptions. I plan to look closer at this party and see if it is the party I've been looking for. I'm so tired of the childish bickering of the current two parties. They seem to only serve their own agenda instead of those of the american people.
