Republicans - realize (because they actually have common sense) that many good doctors will not perform for mere pennies on the dollars and realize that will harm the entire structure of health-care.Democrats - don't care about quality of care as long as everyone is "covered", even if that means rationing care away from senior citizens to young illegal aliens.

Absolutely. The Republican Party is now anti-gay, anti-choice, pro-bullying, pro-hate crimes, pro religious tyranny. Turn it into the Republican "Christian" Party and force it more and more to the fringe of politics. Then wonder why it doesn't win any elections. And somewhere during this process you will have to figure out a way to hide the fact that Christ commanded us to help the poor, while the RCP is dedicated to only helping the rich and big corporations. But I'm sure radical conservative activist Beck and the Republican god Rush will figure out a way around that.
