Republican Pledge To America

Carrie Said:

Does the new Republican contract on America pledge include raising the retirement age on the youth?

We Answered:

If either pary has a better plan than the other one, or a better plan than they've had in the past, please let it be known now! Enough with the acting like we know it all but failing once we're voted in. That goes for BOTH parties.

Ken Said:

What is in the "pledge to plague" America again republican plan?

We Answered:

1. Clean Air Act II - allows polluters to dump 3 times more crap into the air
2. No Child Left Behind II - removes all science from schools and replaces it with Bible studies

Frances Said:

Non-liberals, are you disappointed with this Republican "Pledge to America"?

We Answered:

I am not a liberal, and I am very much disappointed with it. I, like you, am a conservative-leaning libertarian, and I am not happy with what the GOP has done. From a failed rhetorical War on Drugs, to a pointless literal War in Iraq, the Republican Party has completely contradicted its stated principles of fiscal responsibility. I'm voting for Ron Paul (I live in Texas), but that's it. Other than that it's straight Libertarian for me. I know Libertarians barely have a shot of winning here but I feel that if I am going to vote for the lesser of two evils (Republicans or Democrats), I might as well not vote.

We can't pat ourselves on the back everytime we save a couple thousand dollars by closing a public pool when we spend several billion dollars every year on the War on Drugs, and even more in the Middle East.

Clarence Said:

Is the entire basis for the new Republican "Pledge to America" a complete fabrication?

We Answered:

Did you see there! A pub is running away from this question. Another over there...my god, the floor is clean now! Still, a slight odor.

Jorge Said:

Do you think the Republicans Pledge to America was worth the paper it was printed on?

We Answered:

I would have to say that "words" of a plan to change the direction Obama has sent us, are more prolific and significant than Pelosi's statement that Fed Withholding "must" be increased before the end of the year, or the highly probable VAT tax and all the other threats of Tax increases, the Dems MUST make since we can't keep spending without larger revenue intake.
The Healthcare continues to "prove" that the costs were lies by Obama and the Dems. The current parts that went into effect apply 90% to children and have already raised premiums an average $3.00 for policyholders. And the OCB has stated numerous times, the "actual" costs will be considerably higher.
I'll take "verbal claims" of redirection for our country over Obamas and the Democratically controlled Congress "demonstrated" incompetences.
