Republican Primary Election

Dianne Said:

If the Republican primary election for president were held today, for whom would you vote?

We Answered:

If I were forced to go back to being Republican, there's no question.. Ron Paul, as he is the only constitutionalist out of the bunch. For his VP pick... either Michelle Bachman or Bobby Jindal. Not only do I prefer their stands on most issues, but a 'glass ceiling breaking' nominee would get the dems into a tizzy as well.

Gingrich has too much baggage from the Clinton era.
Huckabee, I like him personally, but too far right on the religious front.. it scares people.
Don't know anything about Gary Johnson
Palin would be the WORST mistake the reps could make for 2012
Don't know anything about Pawlenty, or Pence.
Romney.. Flip-flopping RINO of the first order.
Santorum.. jury is still long out on him.

Wanna make a statement & not throw your vote away when it won't really count anyway?

Vote Libertarian in November. The true voice of the people is the only thing they fear. By giving us their pre-approved puppets, they give us no true voice, or choice.

Tanya Said:

Silence is golden. What Democrat & What Republican will steal the primary election?

We Answered:

It would be nice to see Kucinich do it,but I think the Democrat most likely to spoil Clinton's chances is Edwards.

The Republicans are gonna end up with Romney.I just got a feeling that they'll go with him.I think his organization is starting to get the social conservatives behind him.

Allan Said:

If you vote democrat in the primary election, will you be able to vote republican in November?

We Answered:

Yes, you can change. In the Primary you have to vote within your party, in the November election you can vote for anyone, even mix them up if you want to. some Rep, some Dem.

Glen Said:

How can a republican vote for a democrat in a primary election?

We Answered:

States have either a closed primary, where you can only vote for candidates in the party you are affiliated with, or an open primary, where you can vote for whomever you choose. Since I don't know what state you are from, check out this website (http://www.declareyourself.com/voting_fa… which has links to election information in every state. There you will be able to find information about your state's primary, registration deadlines, and contact information if you need to ask someone a question.

Mildred Said:

Is the Republican primary pointless in this election? Who thinks Republicans don't have a chance of getting

We Answered:

All the current candidates stink in both parties. So little to pick from out of 300 million people in this country--these are the best???

The Dems have offered us Hillary the Shrew a/k/a Bill Clinton in Drag OR Barack Hussein Obama the supposed converted Muslim OR Edwards spinning away hopelessly on a rat's wheel.

The Reps have McCain who is frozen in time as the War Hawk, Huckabee the blase preacher man, Romney the rich polygamist--sure to get the women's "pretty boy vote", Ron Paul who can build up your balloon of hope by saying what you want to hear until the balloon bursts and he then drifts off into Neverland -- all during the same sentence, Fred Thompson who is in the running for (????) something he obviously doesn't even know about.
