Republican Voting Guide

Alan Said:

Will the Republican's loose the White House?

We Answered:

That depends. If americans vote with their emotions instead of their brains then yes, but if they vote with their brains then they have a good shot.

Tim Said:

Why are you voting for McCain?

We Answered:

If you think about it. Obama is all for change.

That "change" replies to

Change is out of your pockets

Deanna Said:

Why would politicians refuse to answer questions in the Liberty Institute's voting guide?

We Answered:

well im at work so really cant download the guide, were there some common questions that they frequently avoided answering..? just curious what they were.

Dianne Said:

What are some good books on politics for a novice?

We Answered:

If you decide you want to try something on the advanced side, I'd recommend John Rawls, "A Theory of Justice." It describes a liberal view of what the concept of "justice" means. It was one of the first modern books (1971) of political philosophy. (And still one of the most important.) Another book you could read would be the libertarian critique on the book, Robert Nozick "Anarchy, State, and Utopia."
They aren't light reads, and they aren't really about electoral politics, more the underlying assumptions of "justice." I do recommend them, though.

Jesse Said:

Do you realize that the Republicans have taken away more delegates than the Democrats?

We Answered:

Most people on here are uninformed and don't realize that. They have their Horse in Hillary and anything but a win for her and they will cry like children and twist the facts to make it seem like she's having it stolen from her. It's quite the opposite though. She and her supporters felt it was entitled and now when they aren't going to get it, they stomp their feet and throw a tantrum like that Harriett Christian lady...who is a royal retard.

Brett Said:

How come 28% of Kentucky Republicans voted for someone other than McCain?

We Answered:

Kentucky is no country for old men.

Courtney Said:

Don't you just love how conservatives try to scare christians into voting for McCain?

We Answered:

I am a Christian and I am not going to let gay rights or abortion prevent me from voting for Obama. Supporting the rights of the unborn while denying the rights of those who are already born is a contradiction in Christian Principals.
Claiming he opposed torture then voting against any oversight of the interrogation process?
