I'm totally against all illegal immigration. I'm a moderate Demcorat but strongly conservative on illegal immigration because it's not fair that immigrants who want to become legal immigrants have to wait in line and these illegals come in with no shame most of the time. I blame big business that has employers hire illegals to work for peanuts. What ever happened to all the millions of dollars going to Iraq? Even if we could use half of what we spend on Iraq for border security and getting the illegals out, I think it would be good because it would be for a good cause (not saying that Iraq is not a good cause but I think it's been given too much coverage over what's happening on the borders and in Afghanistan). Don't be fooled, many Democrats and Republicans don't support doing something serious about illegal immigration and border security except for Tancredo and a few others. They think that giving illegals amnesty is the way out; they want it easy! I do support a guest worker program that allows only for illegals to work here but have no access to citizenship or welfare (unlike what many members of Congress favor) unless they want to become legal citizens. If Iraq was the main issue during the 2006 election, illegal immigration is going to be one of the top issues in 08. Remember all the people who have died for this country!! Thanks for your time!

Democrats--Want to put us so far in debt with health-care that our children's children will still be paying for it. They also believe the government is better at taking care of you than anyone else. Dems also want you to believe that there is a "health-care crisis". That is just not true. EVERYONE has access to health-care but some people just have to pay out of pocket for it. NO ONE is turned away from emergency rooms. Some people always want to be dependent on someone else and the Democrats are more than happy to oblige.
Dependent people=Votes

Republicans on the other hand believe in the system as it is. I do not believe there is a crisis at all. There are exceptions where some people are unjustly denied insurance coverage but there is medicare and medicaid. Republicans believe in self reliance. People cannot blame their unsuccessful lives on anyone but themselves....Just look at B. Obama, his presidency ended that fallacy.

Democrats are trying to frighten people into voting for their plan.

The Democratic party generally supports adoption when the parent or parents meet fiscal, stability, and background check standards

Republican here. FEMA is a great organization, but slow to some disasters. They were somewhat of a help to the Katrina victims, but greatly damaged Houston, were I live. Thousands of people came to houston from New Orleans and the surrounding areas from the aftermath of Katrina. FEMA, should take care af people displaced from disasters withOUT hurting outher citys.

Not sure exactly what you want to know about the economy and whatnot, but I have a view suggestions.

There is the whole Abortion vs. Adoption thing, as a Republican, I fully support anti-abortion, and find abortion to be murder.

Also, death penalty vs. life in prison, what is harder to do? Most definatly life in prison, if you are a murderer, and on death row, it is not much different from having a sentence of life in prison. About 2 out of 10 death penalty prisoners actually die. The death penalty is quick and painless, that does not match that act that a death row inmate did to any of their victims.

Well each canidate has their own views, while generally, it is thought that democrats are pro choice, Senator Obama is Pro-life, as well as where it is normally thought that democrats are against the death penalty, Obama as well, believes in the death penalty, I think all of the democrats want to see the war in Iraq end, Sen Obama wants to see that war end as well as go after who should have been gone after in the first place, which is Osama Bin Laden and Al Quieda, of which most members are currently hiding in Pakistan. Democrats - believe that the government should provide programs that benefit its citizens - such as public education, health programs like medicaid/medicare. They are typically socially open, as in they are pro-choice and feel that homosexuals have the right to marry/have a domestic partnership. They also believe that global warming is real and that we need to do things to protect our environment.

Republicans - Believe in smaller government and the passing of policies that they feel allows the private sector to thrive. They often oppose public healthcare programs, welfare and are pro-school vouchers. They also believe in "traditional" Christian values and often feel that the government should enforce these values - they often wish to ban abortion and prevent homosexuals from marrying one another. They also often believe in a lot of defense spending and often do not believe that humans have caused global warming.
