Mormons don't practice polygamy nor do they want to. Marriage is for one man and one woman period. Most of them are republicans because we believe in the constitution. but, now days the republicans are don't care about the Constitution either.

Only in their actions, not in their ideology. Republicans have moved further and further away from their stated ideology and instead become the evangelical super spending party.

What right...I guess he has a right to an opinion....but realistically, allowing the state legislature to appoint US senators would be an idea that would promote the good ole boy network. I could understand it when America was young and had primitive forms of communications, but today...no. So I think it is a bad idea...this is a democracy...not a dictatorship.

Interesting that Lee says the people who wrote the Constitution were the original Tea Party people. If he were REALLY honest, he would say that those people were actually Liberals. Had they been conservatives, this country would still be under British rule.

I wonder also how the tea baggers feel now that the republicans have come out and said that social security is bankrupting this country...and the veterans. Both those remarks cut into the core of the tea party movement that is comprised mostly of retirees and veterans.

Seems people like Lee want to move this country back rather than forward. I really don't think that is a wise or a good move for the people of this country.

The Republican party has been so busy expelling politicians that are not ideologically pure that they have no more viable candidates. It turns out that all their politicians are corrupt, adulterers, liars, or some combination. The public simply will not vote people like this into office. Fewer people all the time are willing to publicly declare themselves Republicans. The party is an embarrassment to its members. ?°)

the republican congress gave former president Bush every thing that he ask for to (87.5 billion (with ear marks that ran it up to 600 billion)occupation and reconstruction of Iraq without any accountable for the money. but when it come to rebuilt America they drag their feet (remember Katrina of 05). now if they can pass a bill for a foreigin country with ease why is it so dang hard for pass a bill to help our own people? and when Bush left office he left this country in a huge financial mess but none of his fellow republican stood up to him and his spending
