baby shower theme ideas?

We Answered:

Well with that theme i am thinking girl so you could do of course like pink and white streamers and an abundance of PINK in the whole room!

In the spanish culture as a party favor you give out ribbons with the babies name on it and date of the shower as well as a small gift like candy or lotions or small soaps!

baby shower ideas??

We Answered:

It sounds awesome. Just so you know the tent rental is not cheap. Along with flowers and tables you are looking at at least 3000+ As long as you have that type on money then go for it.

You sound like a great cousin and friend!

I went to a Dr. Suess themed shower and it was awesome! The cake even toppled and turned and everything was so whimsical. The invite had a Dr. Seuss rhyme, one game was finish this Dr. Seuss rhyme.. everything was vibrant, if she is artsy she may love it too.

Since its a girl a fairy tale shower might be cute too.

What should I make for the baby shower?

We Answered:

You should try making these flower cupcakes- they're so cute and fit perfectly at a shower! Ingredients

* 1 bag Snickers Miniatures, chopped
* 1 bag M&M'S Milk Chocolate Candies
* 2 16 oz. cans vanilla frosting
* 1 18.2 oz. box yellow cake mix
* Yellow food coloring

Directions

Prepare yellow cake mix according to the package directions. Fold the chopped Snickers Miniatures into the batter before transferring it to the paper cupcake-lined muffin tins. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Tint frosting to the desired shade of yellow with the food coloring. Set half the frosting aside, and transfer the remaining half to the pastry bag fitted with the pastry tip. Once cupcakes are completely cool, spread a thin layer of frosting on top of each cupcake. Using the pastry bag with tip, pipe petals around the edges of each cupcake. Fill the middle with M&M'S. Finish by piping a second layer of little petals around the M&M'S.

Variation: Try Pop'ables Snickers Candies, chopped, instead of Snickers Miniatures in Step 1.

Yield: 24 cupcakes
