Boston Tea Party Timeline

Lloyd Said:

timeline backround?

We Answered:

If you could find a map of the original thirteen colonies, that would work.

There's no rule that says you have to present them vertically. You could even separate them out and present them horizontally.

An early elevation of Philadelphia or Boston would work too.

There's also a neat image of the signing of the Declaration of Independence on the back of the $2 bill. If you could somehow blow that up, and make it light enough in color to fade into the background, you could put your timeline over it in contrasting colors.

Looking for opinions on a timeline for U.S. History...?

We Answered:

I'd drop the Salem Witch Trials, as they don't really impact American History.

I'd add: The French and Indian War (1754-1763)

Articles of Confederation (1781)

Shays' Rebellion (1786)

Battle of Yorktown (1781)

Treaty of Paris (1783)

Election of John Adams (1796).
