Obviously not given the reckless abandon they displayed by spending all their political capital on policy achievements instead of building political capital like the GOP did by obfuscating and obstructing every single policy objective of the past 4 years by the Dems.

The Dems could have but they didn't toot their horns about their policy successes, because that's just not our style.

The Dems lost this election because we care more about fellow Americans, than amassing political capital.

By roadblocking any policy that's designed to help Americans too stubborn to admit that Obama's policy changes have helped, not hindered Americas progress.

The GOP did more damage to America, then had the audacity to use that damage against Obama and the Dems who were, (apparently) powerless to stop the GOP from hijacking the political narrative or switching the blame from themselves to Obama & the Dems.

That's dirty politics, but that's actually clever and it's the type of politics that's beneath honorable principled Dems in general.

Republicans win by destroying their opponents.

Dems win when voters are convinced that political election wars are counterproductive and are ready for adults to be in charge of government based upon solid practical solutions.

The GOP consistently offers empty regressive rhetoric/slogans and little else except telling lazy people what they want to hear.
