While you are checking out the thrift shops and yard sales... keep your eye out for fancy hats, gloves and such. The girls will love digging through a box of fun stuff to add too their 'elegance'!

Because I didn't want to spend gobs of money on special tea sets, and I didn't want to worry about my things getting broken, I bought a couple sets of china at some local thrift stores. I got one set that had a full service for 8 including dinner plates and serving bowls and platters for under $20. I also bought several other cup and saucer sets that only had 2 or 3 in the sets. Teapots abound also in these types of second hand stores, flee markets and yard sales.

I then didn't care if something was dropped, mixing and matching the china was fun and the girls felt extra, extra special using real china!

If you don't want to buy the china, you might consider hostessing a 'bring your favorite tea cup' party."

Tea dance party is usually in tea house but S'pore has no tea houses around, therefore tea dance party must be privately organised by community group or club to entertain their members. You must check it out at CCs or Clubs.....and Best is you organise one at your location.

However, the majority of the tea partiers are just low information voters. They realize that our manufacturing jobs are gone overseas and aren’t coming back. They know it’s more expensive than ever to get their kids or grandkids into a college. They realize that we’ve been raped, pillaged and plundered. They just don’t recognize that the ones who did it to them are the same ones who are paying for the tea parties.

As far as the survey you mention, they asked Tea Partiers about themselves. It reminds me of the dating ads where people always say they are thinner and better looking than they are. The survey doesn't prove that Tea Partiers are richer and better educated. It only proves that Tea Partiers SAID they are richer and better educated. Take a look at the crowds of them and judge for yourself. The web is full of examples of misspelled Tea Partier signs.
