it sounds like it would be a lot of fun for the kids. either way sounds good, but i think you might want to have the kids over the day before. then that way they can get all dressed up and decorate hats and run off all their energy then go to bed. then the next morning go to the tea thing when they are less active. it might be less stressful on you. but you could go either way.
