uhh.....first of all they dont drink
in the netherlands (their legal age thingy is
like 35 yeears old i heard.....pretty harsh rules)
but, she would serve oatmeal cookies
that are freshly baked and warm with moist chewy bits =]
BTW, she would poison hello kitty (by putting tuna && sardines
inside her cookie). but
if they went to japan for a tea party
i think hello kitty would serve something like
tea with honey && ginseng herbs && stuff the usual
for any pampered kitty ^^
it would be sooo cute....i wish i got invited then i could
warn hello kitty bout the bad cookies

The cloud cupcake idea is fabulous!
an idea for the finger foods is that they sell these fruit baskets and they have little hello kitty i guess.. plastic figures around and it would be a cute simple decoration for some healthy snacks. You can use pink napkins/plates/forks for all the food. There are happy birthday signs from hello kitty and you should totally put pink/lilac silly string around the ceiling!
