I would def have her party either the weekend before or the weekend after Tgiving. She won't know the difference if it's early/late but the last thing I would want is my child's birthday being overshadowed by a holiday or football games! Wherever you are Tgiving Day you could have her a cake and let that be dessert if you really wanted to. As far as the theme, I wouldn't worry about it "going with" the holiday, I would just do whatever you think she would like. Or you could go with the cowgirl thing and do Cowgirls/Boys and Indians maybe? Indians go with Tgiving.
