These are the same people who thought that "the rule of law" demanded that Bill Clinton be impeached and removed from office because he "lied" about not having sex with Monical Lewinsky.

I say "lied" because the entire farce revolved around whether or not getting a hummer constitutes "having sex".

And I agree with the first answerer that far too many people think that everything's a goddam conspiracy.
