go to the oriental trading company website, they have tons of party stuff for that theme, also try your local factory card outlet store

food: cupcakes decorated like crazy hats (bake the cupcake batter in flat bottom ice cream cones 2/3 full)

have precut pieces of posterboard in different colors to make hats with - cut a bunch of long strips and staple or glue the ends to make a round base for each person, then cut shapes and bring a stapler or glue to the party, markers and stuff to decorate with

music, idk, depends what you and our friends like - see if your library has any kind of soundtrack for the movie, besides that bring stuff from your fave groups

obviously, tea:) ... At a local hobby/craft/decor store (Hobby Lobby) I saw alot of bright, neon colored garden decorations. There were BIG flowers, buckets, giant bugs:) ... some of the flowers were whirligigs, some weren't. Alot of big, bright oversized flowers would be cute around your deck. ... I saw Martha Stewart cover some stools on her Fine Living show, to look like mushrooms (toad stools). A couple of those would be cute.... You need a big striped Cheshire cat in a tree too - even if it's just a cardboard one:) ... Serve little teacakes, tea sandwiches (watercress, cucumber and tomato), chocolate covered strawberries.
