Make some sandwiches of various varieties but cut the crust off and cut in long strips or fancy shapes so that they look fancier than just a sandwich. Popcorn is always a kid favorite as well as ice cream. Maybe make a ice cream bar with several toppings that they can choose from.

You will want several kinds of beverages available. Some parents do not want their kids to have tea because of the caffeine. Be sure to ok that with parents first.

Have plenty of tiaras or crowns plus they like veils and scarves to play with. You can make your own if you go to a fabric shop. Just cut and hem the sheer fabric. Most dollar stores have tiaras. Jingle jewelry is fun too with bells. Girls love to get gift bags to take home with them. They don't need to be expensive stuff either. One fun thing to get is a disposable camera for each girl so they can record their party memories.

Have some good G rated videos and pre-screen the music choices too. There is some really nasty stuff being marketed to teens and tweens that many parents don't pay attention to.

These may not be what you are after but if you should be able to make up a gate fold card fairly easily. If you want the gates to overlap the entire card, just measure the paper and divide by 3, score a folding line at each of the measurements, 2 scored lines.
