Jessie Said:

Can someone proof-read my essay? 10 pts?

We Answered:

"the colonists grew more and more angrier" change the angrier with just angry. the "more and more" already imply that the anger is rising.
"Actions such as the Boston Tea Party and other acts of violence stem from feelings of rage and cannot be represented by thought from the colonies."
you lost me for a little bit with "and cannot be represented by thought from the colonies." make it more concise b/c if a reader gets confused while reading your essay, this isnt a good sign.
everything else seems good, try changing out "abuses" with other vocabulary, but its up to you.
write another line at the end of your essay to sum up the main idea.

Toni Said:

By definition, have you considered the US has never had a Civil War yet?

We Answered:

I strongly disagree. You even define a civil war: "a war between political factions or regions within the same country."

The South and North are two different regions in the same country. One might argue that the Confederacy was its own nation, but no country recognized it's sovereignty. Therefore, the South was still a part of the Union.

The Civil War was just that; a civil war.
