Conservatives don't seem to want to obey the rules. EVERYONE knows that button is a symbol of the Tea Party, which is therefore prohibited just as a button with a Donkey or an Elephant would be. Sorry but you don't get to disobey the rules because you suddenly claim (as that article does) that the Tea Party is not a political movement.

If your grey skirt will accomodate the petticoat and is knee-length, (if not you're out of luck) wear it with the beige petticoat under it. Make sure the petticoat is not sticking out, and find a white blouse that looks good with it. Make sure you tuck the blouse in. You need some sort of opaque knee-high socks or stockings, and wear some cute shoes that match. No tennis shoes. If you have a cute hair accessory that would match, wear that too.

Don't wear a belt like the other answer said.. that just won't look lolita at all.
