How about we have already been paying for it for most of lives and we are made to apply for them if we want any kind of medical care. How did you geniuses come to the conclusion that SSI and Medicare were government entitlements? WE PAID FOR THEM. Unlike you lazy welfare bums who get medicaid, and food stamps from the government troth for free paid for by someone else's hard earned money.

Tell you what, if the government gives me back the almost $300,000 dollars they have stolen from me then I will burn my Medicare and Social Security card.

1st the outraged youth of the 60s that burned their draft cards were burning something that put them in danger, dumb comparison.

Isn't it funny the Left say they are the one's with "Superior Intellect" they make dumb comparisons & rarely even attempt to design scenarios where economically viable solutions are proposed. Their solutions are always to dump the cost on others for their entitlements.

So you are saying people that have foot the bill for about 40 years should not want a return on investment. Truthfully I've acknowledged that that the hippie generation has given away their retirement & health care to our parents & grandparents since 1982.

Why don't you just acknowledge death panels & euthanasia are coming. I was chastised in 1991 for say in the near future the insurance companies would pay for the bullet not the drugs for the sick. You'd be surprised how much grief I received for that one. I'm a realist. I don't assume we are living in a Utopia.

Did you ever notice in Tea Party rallies on TV how everyone is white and alot of signs are misspelled? That seems odd, dont you think? Sometimes I think the Tea Party are just a bunch of rednecks who fear change and anything with color. Thank goodness it is the independents who are the majority of voters.

I have been to a Tea Party rally. I was uncomfortable and kinda fearful. I felt like I should have brought a white sheet and white hood with holes for my eyes. I mean, there was people there who wanted to go after Obama and physically kick him out of the COUNTRY. Someone even shouted profanities and used the N word alot. I am sorry to say, but some of the members sounded racist to me.

This rally really turned me off towards the Tea Party. I hope Republicans will stop associating themselves with these rejects.

THey certainly are disorganized in their protests, they don't seem to have any real message except the people in power are bad, well except if they agree with them. And they want to put their own people in power, but wouldn't that make them bad?

Oh, and racism seems to be a running theme in their signs and leadership.

People are getting tired of the race card and are beginning to resent it being used just because they disagree with Obama's agenda. The poll numbers for his approval rating are beginning to reflect that. Also is the high poll numbers of those who would repeal the health care legislation. The numbers released by AT&T, Caterpillar and others was done so under the regulations of the SEC. Had they not released the numbers, they would have been in violation of the regulations set down by that agency. This fact did not deter Waxman and Stupak from summonsing them before Congress to explain why they released the figures. The American people are waking up to these tactics including the race card. The more they use them, the more support the tea parties will get. What about the false reports by the networks about the day the HC bill was voted on? More lies claiming violence where there was none.
