The solution to California's fiscal problems start with the fact that 50% of our deficit is a result of illegal immigrants. These people cost this state very nearly $10 billion each year.

It would seem to me that we would be better off enforcing immigration laws and get rid of the illegals and then start making cuts to the budget and maybe we would feel a bit better about having some tax increases when all of these things are done.

Now if they wanted to put Marijuana back on the ballot and show that they would place a tax of $100 an ounce maybe I would vote in favor of that then we could eliminate every other tax in this state.
