Aaron Said:

Behind the Ear Tattoo. Do you think it is meaningful?

We Answered:

I would just choose one because if you get them all or even two of them it will look crowded and not so good. I would get the shamrock or the thistle if I were you. I don't really know what a thistle is but it seems unique and original. I think a tat behind the ear can be cute if it is the right size. good luck :)

Most Tea Party members think they are independent, who owns the Copyrights to all Tea Party logos & images?

We Answered:

The Freedom Works foundation.

The sad thing is that original founder of the Tea Party movement quit in disgust after Fox and Freedom works took over.

The Tea Party and government overthrow?

We Answered:

You phrased it well, the key word being "inciting." These people holding up signs are unlikely to do anything themselves. I mean, they're going out and holding up signs instead of making a militia and trying to overthrow the White House. The trouble comes from people you wont see there, people who see these signs and hear these rants. Sure, most people will either wave them off or sport a sign themselves, but we all know just how dangerous people in this country can be. We know the extent that words can matter to some, like Timothy McVeigh.

But that only scratches the surface of your question. How do we separate out dangerous speech from free speech? We as a country realize that any speech that incites violence directly is bad, hence we don't allow people to yell "fire" in a crowded theater. The question becomes: does this incite violence in the same way? I would argue yes. I would say that the actions taken as a result of these signs are directly resultant from the ideas depicted as well as numerous other factors, and we should be looking to them as a danger to society in general. I probably wont have much support from Republicans and Tea Party members on this, especially since that's a difficult line to see in some cases, but some of these more outrageous cases should be addressed.
