In 1861 wealthy conservatives didn't like who was elected president so they became the confederate party. They also flew the confederate flag for well over century on Virginia's state capital. In an attempt to retain there honor they became the KKK. In 2008 wealthy conservatives didn't like who was elected president so they became the Tea Party to retain there honor. My neighbor, who happens to be black is an active member in the tea party movement. He dose not like Obama any more than me. He is also a self made business man who did not depend on any hand outs from the government.

His family is also involved and do not call him an oreo because he does not conform to your twisted way the a black man should think.

Also keep in mind that in some states, New York being an example of this, that counties and municipalities may also tack on additional sales tax to the state rate. New York has only 4% mandated by the state, however, every conunty I have been in and purchased items has additional county tax added, for example Erie county (Buffalo) has a total sales tax of 8.75%. Other states do this as well, I am not sure the exact rate, but Cook county, Illinois (Chicago) has the highest sales tax in the country.
